About Us

Carlos J Perez founder of DeKaDa Restaurants Enterprise considers his 23 years of working for other restaurants as a prelude to the opening of his consulting company and restaurant concepts that includes; Carlos1800 Mexican Grill & Cantina in Winthrop WA, Carlos1800 Mexican Grill in Wenatchee WA, and Carlos1800 Express coming soon to the greater Seattle WA.

Starting out in the foodservice industry at El Concordia Night club in Chicago at the age of sixteen, he worked all over the country mostly for chain restaurants like El Torito, and Chevy’s Mexican Restaurants, mean while improving the quality and operation of each restaurant. Perez soon became know as a leader, and innovator in Mexican theme restaurants.

Today, we have two locations use has a show-room for a future clients that are supported by over 40 local individuals.
